We arrived afternoon and the guy at counter was unfriendly, no smile, nothing. Ordered food came on time, food tasted good, but portions were less for a dinner price.
Best Thai food in Cincinnati area. Their sushi is amazing and they have happy hour sushi.Other things that are a must try are grand ma fried rice, black pepper shrimp, Pineapple fried rice and egg plant in garlic sauce. The prices are reasonable and portion sizes are good.If you are a vegetarian make sure you tell them to make things without egg.
Food was good but their restroom was filthy. The entire walk to the restroom was sticky. The door was sticky, the toilet was filthy, the sink was filthy. Clean the restroom!
Not good or fresh. Sesame chicken tasted 4 days old. “Dumplings” were some unidentifiable weird patty thing. Chicken Pad Thai tasted like it had been in frier with some slightly funky seafood, and the “chicken” were these weird processed balls. Egg rolls were the best thing we got but they had obviously been cooked long ago and re-fried for us. $90 for 4 entrees, a couple apps and tip and delivery. I would have given it 1 star except it got a lot of good reviews so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they had an off night. But obviously I’ll never eat here again.
This is a amazing restaurant in West chester/ Beckett Ridge great customer service and the food is so delicious
Great food. The spicy is REALLY spicy!
I loved it. It's not your typical spot. Everything has fresh veggies cooked with it and a great sauce. Got the general tso (they wrote mao), cashew stir fry, and a pad thai with lettuce wraps. Not bad for 3 big dinners and an appetizer $45. Long wait though took about an hour, I think they're a bit short staffed. Worth the wait though and will 100% be back. Good food and great quality.
Pretty good crispy pad thai. Large portions and good price $10.95. This is a new restaurant for me. I will be back.
The Tom Kah soup left me speechless, emotional, and dying for more. The aroma alone was enough to bring a tear to your eye (in a good way!) The pad thai was nothing short of PERFECTION and in a generous portion as well. I had my meal delivered so I can't speak to the quality of the serving staff or the atmosphere but one thing I know for sure... THIS KITCHEN KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING.Having a history in working as a chef I am very critical of restaurants but this was TO DIE FOR. Thanks Budino for the heartwarming meal. Will be back.
I love the food here. My wife gets the Pad Thai and says it is the best she has had.
Boat noodle was good but the meat lack texture and softness. I had an order of shrimp crab dumplings which tasted awful. The cream cheese was great and so was the shrimp/chicken patties which tasted very similar to fish cakes I had in my country. The head chef was very nice and she even came out to ask about how our food tasted. She even offered us refills on the bowl of broth my gf ordered. This alone will make us come back. I did go around 2pm where as most restaurants are slow and usually serve morning batches which is to be expected
Would definitely recommend trying out this place. Fantastic mood, tasty food, fantastic service. I recommend this place.
Service wasn't good. Several items we tried to order were not available. They brought me the wrong entree and had to quickly make it while the rest of the table ate. The food was good but there are much better options around, even just in West Chester.
When we walked in, there were no patrons seated, only 2 individuals waiting for their takeout orders. An elderly man scurried about, putting together one of the orders. When he handed it to the customer, standing only about 5 feet away from us, we were TOTALLY IGNORED. It wasn't until the other customer received his order several minutes later that he seated us, muttering an apology as we were handed our menus. We asked for hot green tea and ice water, immediately receiving the water. Our tea never arrived and were once again ignored as his focus seemed to be preparing another takeout order. He never came back, period. I was trying to be patient, but 15 minutes had gone by with nary a glance from this man. When we stood up and I announced that we were leaving, he just gave us a blank look, saying "oh, okay".We have enjoyed meals here several times, so this behavior absolutely floored me. This incident took place on a Thursday evening about 7pm and closing time was 9pm.
Delicious food and the lady who makes it is so sweet and kind.
Great food, wonderful flavoring. Was impressed with everything except the server. Young kid interested in playing on hip laptop and eating to ensure we had what we needed. Had to keep calling for him for napkins and tea refills. The cook came out and made sure we enjoyed her dishes. That was something that was appreciated. I recommend the little place, just be ready to wait as it all is prepared fresh, we’ll worth the wait.
Amazing food. Husband and Wife operation. Wife does all the cooking and will personalize anything to your taste. Sooo good!
Delicious!
Love their chicken lettuce wraps. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
Gooood soups
I really enjoy their dishes. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is neat and the employees are always kind. Would recommend to others.
Had "boar lost in the woods", very good. They only had salad for the, "soup or salad" option. I got the impression they might never have the soup. The wait staff was a little odd, but I will definitely go back to try another dish, yumm.
Best thai place in West Chester. Try their Sesame chicken and if you love spicy food, dare to try thai hot!
Love this place! Very much worth the wait.
Great food but terrible service. Definitely need to have some patience checking out because even splitting a check is difficult. Come hungry so you have the patience to deal with the service.
I absolutely liked the dishes and customer service, awesome location nearby to where I live. The cashiers are always nice. Highly recommended.
The delicious food here, great menu selection and ample portions keep bringing me back here. Try the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and the Crazy (Chicken) Noodles (this dish has won awards in Cincinnati). The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the service, granted there is a sign on the door for help wanted.
Ordered a pho noodle and pork pot stickers. The pot stickers were on point but the pho on the other hand, needs a lot to make up for it. This place reuses the siracha bottles for other sauces. The lime that i got was already squeezed, so what i got was a used up lime. The bean sprouts are starting to turn brown and the basil leafs had already seen it's days. They were starting to shrivel up. If you looking for pho, stay away from this joint. This llace don't use the freshest ingrediants.
My pick for best Thai fusion restaurant in Cincinnati. I highly recommend the hi so and halal chicken.
The food here is very high quality the family that runs it realy care
Family Owned restaurant, the son he so grumpy and don’t even ever ask him for anything, the foods it’s nasty cause we got the hairs in our noodles bowls and the meat don’t even cook all the way. So very disappointed. Never come back again.
Unfortunately looks like a change of ownership, im so disappointed with my meal. This used to be a regular spot for my family and we really enjoyed it. We will not be going back. My rice was crunchy and had no flavor with some grey meat. I trashed my food. Everyone was friendly when I picked my food up.
It used to be a much better place than it is now. However, my experience recently has been very poor. Today, I waited more than 30 minutes for my take-out order. When I got home, I realized that I did not get what I ordered. They gave me wrong type of tofu and made it food so much more spicy then what I ordered. Not eatable. Will not recommend.
Support this local family restaurant. Best pad thai in town. Love their plum wine! Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. If you want to go to dinner and don't want to have to wait an hour for a table, this is your place!
Aweful!! It does not deserve one star!! High-priced the chicken lo mein is loaded with vegetables hardly any meat same with the pork lo mein hardly any noodles small portion for almost $13 I will never return here again three people was $50 we could have went to PF Chang's!! the man that works there tried to charge us for more than two packets of soy sauce on top of low quality food!! if you want to try it for yourself go ahead open up your garbage can and throw away your money beforehand you might as well!!
Amazing food. Absolutely fantastic. Service was excellent.
They offer a large variety of fresh food. I liked dining here. Employees are always kind, pricing is affordable and the place is always neat.
They were out of everything I wanted but what we did get was tasty. Server not real friendly. Call first, they're probably out of stuff you want.
Nice family owned restaurant. Pho was easily 8/10.
Amazing Chinese food...maybe the best I've ever had! Super fresh, ample portions, flavored just right. Love Chinese food? Definitely go and try it for yourself.
Me and my friend went, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then an elderly man came and seated us. He was the only server, for drinks we both ordered water. We didn’t get any refills!! Then my friend ended up having an allergic reaction to her soup. The older man told her she still had to pay. Even though she only ate one bite of her soup. To be continued....
Very good Singapore noodles, and the lettuce wraps were amazing. Hidden gem here, and should be frequented.
We have been looking for a place like this for a long time. The menu is bigger than I expected. Our food was delicious. This will be a regular spot for us.
Our meals were great! They were fresh, hot, & delicious. If anyone is interested Budina is looking for help. Waitress or waiter.
Had to wait an extra 20 min for my carryout order after i got there. Got Lar Nar and it had maybe 5 noodles, and 80% of the container was sauce/liquid. This is not the first time they have messed up
My husband and I go here often. The service was a bit slow but I think they are understaffed this is a family owned restaurant after all. I believe it is the owner's wife that makes the food and she is a delicious cook. I believe the young boy is the owner son ;he has always been pleasant to us. I know they had a sign in the window posting for help so I believe that they are struggling.
Friendly staff. They are adhering to COVID-19 guidelines and provide free facial masks. Their takeout portion sizes are very generous. Love the pineapple fried rice.
Awesome place to eat. Great food.
They serve big portions and for affordable rates. welcoming staff. Never disappointing.
Good food but very unfriendly place. They make you feel like your'e a bother. Dont know how they are in business. I wont be back. The owner and waiter the same no personality. Miserable bunch
